CUFFING SESSION EXCLUSIVE: The Dos and Don’ts of getting the guy before the winter season by Fantasia

As the fall weather begins to crisper, we ladies are going to need someone to keep us warm at night. Ladies, it’s that time of year again: Cuffing Season. During the Fall and Winter months people who would normally rather be single or promiscuous find themselves along with the rest of the world desiring to be “Cuffed” or tied down by a serious relationship. The cold weather and prolonged indoor activity causes singles to become lonely and desperate to be cuffed, which is known as Cuffing Season.

To ensure that you have the most enjoyable and fulfilling experience throughout this season’s festivities, I advise that you enter equipped with a clear understanding of the Do’s and Dont’s of the procedures to get ‘Mr. Perfect.’

Ready? Let’s begin with the basics.

The Dos:
DO let him know your boundaries.
DO find somebody that you get along with.
DO know what you are getting into.
DO continue to be a happy, independent woman.
DO be prepared to put in work.

The Don’ts:
When it comes to cuffing season, DON’T worry about labels.
DON’T try to hard to impress.
DON’T move too fast and get comfy.
DON’T use texting to discuss your relationship.
DON’T compare your cuffing buddy with your ex.
DON’T pretend your relationship is something more than it really is.
Do you actually participate in cuffing season, Dolls? If so, how do you prep for it?

  1. I guess I would cop to being “cuffed.” He’s one of the “Heidi-Million-Man-March” but he’s been singled out in the rotation as the main man! Liking that I’m “cuffed.” Cheers…h
