TAKE ME TO BORA BORA!- By Fantasia

What better place than Bora Bora where I can lay on the beach in a tropical paradise? I love clear crystal waters, sand, exotic ocean creatures and beautiful clear blue skies. I have always known I wanted to go somewhere tropical if I was given the benefit of the doubt, and I am confident that Tahiti would be the perfect combination of both island bliss and beauty horizons.

The island is located about 160 miles northwest of Tahiti. I’ve never been to Bora Bora. However, I heard so many wonderful things about Bora Bora from friends and family members. When I saw the movie Couples Retreat it just confirmed my likings for Bora Bora. I was blown away by the stunning beauty of the island. I would love to visit here one day and make my dream vacation a reality. The couples in the movie Couples Retreat stayed at St. Regis Bora Bora Resort.  The resort is amazing however quite pricey but in the case, I will save up every penny and take the first flight there.

Bora Bora’s tropical mountains and lagoon would be picture perfect; the lagoon offers many different activities such as; jet skiing, snorkeling, diving, swimming with the turtles and sting rays, or even take a guided tour of a shark feeding! (Which I would not do lol) The point of a vacation is getting away from the normal hustle and bustle, and being able to just sit back and relax with a glass of wine, if of age. Bora Bora is definitely a place I see myself going to in the near future.

Take my hand bloggers and come with me on this Bora Bora journey.

Mila Kunis’ Miss Dior Fall 2012

This celebrity endorsement is by far the hottest one for 2012! In a perfectly puffed bob and Parisian-chic Dior ensemble, Mila Kunis strikes a diva pose and gives her elegant poses for the Fall 2012 Dior campaign. We all know her as the flighty, funny-bone-tickling Jackie on That ’70s Showand the sex craze friend from the movie Friends and Benefits Even though Mila Kunis is practically exploding month by month with her career, she still keeps her charm and fierceness.

As the face of Miss Dior, Mila Kunis attracts the flash of a camera like a magnet. The campaign included a series of photographs and a video inspired by 1950s Hollywood glamour. I must say Mila Kunis did an amazing job in this campaign. Her look is timeless and elegant. The black and white shots not only defines the essence of Hollywood glamour but captures the beauty of both Dior and Kunis.

Her large brown eyes, fresh-look makeup, and sky-high heels capture both an innocence and high fashion aesthetic that is extremely compelling.

Below is the video of the Mila Kunis’ Miss Dior Fall 2012 Ad Campaign:

SANDY, SAD GOES, NY STAYS!- By Fantasia

“No matter how bad the storm is, we will be there, together. No matter how bad the storm is, we recover, together. We are all in this together. We rise or fall as one nation and as one people.”
— Barack Obama

As New York City began its recovery from Hurricane Sandy, New Yorkers, Commuters, Tourist, Elite professionals, Televised TV Shows and others came together to support and give help to those who were and still at need. Take a look below to see some of the people who came together last Friday to help New York get back on their street!

Stars perform to help Hurricane Sandy victims

New Jersey natives Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi joined Sting, Christina Aguilera and other music stars on last Friday in a televised benefit concert to raise funds for victims of Sandy.

Seasame Street aired a very special episode for all of those people going through the devastating disaster of Sandy. The concept of the show was based on a hurricane that has swept through Sesame Street and everyone working together to clean up the neighborhood. When Big Bird checks on his home, he is heartbroken to find that the storm has destroyed his nest. Big Bird’s friends and neighbors gather to show their support and let him know they can fix his home, but it will take time. While everyone on Sesame Street spends the next few days cleaning up and making repairs, Big Bird still has moments where he is sad, angry, and confused. His friends help him cope with his emotions by talking about what happened, drawing pictures together, and giving him lots of hugs. They also comfort Big Bird by offering him temporary places he can eat, sleep, and play. Big Bird remembers all the good times he had at his nest and realizes that once it is rebuilt, there are more good times and memories to come. Finally the day has come where most of the repairs to Big Bird’s home are done and his nest is complete. As he is about to try it out, though, the city nest inspector says it not safe, yet, because the mud isn’t dry. Big Bird is sad that he has to wait another day, but Snuffy comes to the rescue and blows the nest dry and he passes the test! Big Bird thanks everyone for being his friend and helping to rebuild his nest and his home.

Through this hard time. lets all stick together, rebuild New York City and help those at need!
